My car wash was great, no problems. And the staff was super friendly and kind, however, when you drive up to the self service screen, there is a team member to push all the buttons for you and upsell you on a membership which I understand and is fine but the last question that they ask you to your face is do you want to leave a tip for our team? I found that confusing since it is a self-service car wash and I am about to go clean my own car, what am I tipping for? I love to reward excellent service and I am thankful for the friendliness of your staff, but I don’t understand what I am tipping for. I also didn’t realize that there are not towels offered so while the vacuums were awesome I left not being able to fully clean my car. I will likely not go back and go to the other one down the street that provides all of this for free.

Emily at Mr. Car Wash in Johns Creek deserves the absolute BEST review possible! She provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the experience better. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customers. If you come to Mr. Car Wash, ask for Emily! I highly recommend coming here and experiencing her exceptional service for yourself. She is hands down one of the best employees you could ask for!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at Mister Car Wash! Before our road trip from Atlanta to Chicago, we wanted to make sure our car was clean and protected for the long drive, and the team made the process so easy. A special thank you to Ashton, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in helping us choose the best car wash package for our vehicle. He took the time to explain the options without any pressure and made sure we got exactly what we needed. The facility was clean, the staff was professional, and the service was fast and efficient. Our car looked amazing when we left, and it was the perfect way to start our road trip. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend this location—especially if you have the chance to work with Ashton!

Here’s a balanced, concise review: The staff here are wonderful—everyone was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The car wash itself did a good job, so no complaints there. My biggest disappointment is that they don’t provide towels or interior cleaning spray. Instead, they try to upsell you a towel, which feels like something that should be included. I don’t want to keep a towel and a bottle of interior cleaner in my car just so I can wipe everything down after every wash. For me, that’s a big part of the convenience of going to a car wash. If you’re someone who likes to clean the inside of your car after a wash, I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you only need an exterior wash, it’s perfectly fine.

I’ve posted reviews in the past to compliment the business for its service. Unfortunately, I am changing my review from five stars to one star. I purchased the titanium wash for my Jeep Wrangler the vacuums work great but the wash missed a few spots in the back and my tires did not get the full shine. However, when I asked to have it re-washed I was told I had to purchase another one. In the past, I have never had to purchase a second wash because they missed a spot. This is very disappointing. It’ll be a while before I ever come back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
